The ERA Business Plan sets out key objectives and programs to be delivered across the region. The objectives and programs are categorised into portfolios, and a portfolio chair has responsibility for initiating and reporting progress within each portfolio.
In addition, for each portfolio, a steering committee made up of ERA Council staff members with relevant skills and experience meets regularly to progress the delivery of community outcomes.
